CARE
Bamboo is very easy to care for, follow these simple care/washing instructions and your garments will continue to look great. Machine or hand washable, cold or warm water.
Machine washing :
Separate colours — Wash whites and light colours separately from dark or vibrant garments to prevent colour bleeding, which can be difficult to reverse.
Use a delicates wash bag — These bags reduce friction during washing and help prevent pilling, the small fuzzy balls that can form on the fabric’s surface.
Choose a gentle cycle — Set your machine to a cold or warm gentle cycle to protect the tender fibres. We recommend a gentle washing powder and steer clear of detergents containing bleach, optical brighteners, chlorine or fabric softeners, as they can degrade the fibres and lead to colour fading. If using wash ' sheets' we recommend testing first and avoid the sheet laying wet directly on a garment for too long. And refer to the washing detergent manufacturers instructions.
Caring for Bamboo is simple: wash on a cold or warm gentle cycle, turning garments inside out. Use a fabric washing bag for mixed loads. Line dry is preferred, or use a cool/warm dryer setting.
Our bamboo clothing resists creases, making it easy to care for and requiring little to no ironing. Warm iron or light steaming to remove creases if required.

Clothing made with Bamboo fabric offers several advantages.
- It is sourced from Bamboo, an incredibly sustainable, organically grown and fast-growing natural material.
- It is naturally hypoallergenic, antifungal and antibacterial.
- It possesses moisture-wicking and temperature-regulating properties, so it can keep the wearer comfortably cool during sleep and throughout all seasons.
- It provides a naturally very high 50+ UV protection
- It is made of a compostable material that will naturally break down and won’t need to end up in a landfill.
