Returns and Exchanges Policy
We accept web returns on any items (excluding underwear) within 30 days of purchase, providing the following conditions are met:
-Items must be unworn and unwashed
-Items must be in their original condition e.g. free of perfume, marks & animal hair
-Original tags are attached
Please ensure you include a returns form which you can print here, completing your full name and order number, along with selecting your desired outcome e.g. exchange, store credit, or refund if applicable*.
Any refund requests will be processed in the same manner they were paid e.g. Paypal/Credit Card/ AfterPay etc. Please note we will not issue a refund for items purchased via gift card or store credit.
We aim to process all returns within 2 working days of receiving your parcel, please understand over holidays and sale periods this may not always be possible.
Sale Items:
*Sale items may be exchanged or returned for a store credit. Refunds are not available on sale items for change of mind, so please refer to our Size charts, product descriptions and/or reach out to our team for guidance on shapes and fits.
If however, you believe a product to be faulty, please send us an email including a photo and our team hello@bodypeacebamboo.com & we will come back to you ASAP with a resolution.
Underwear:
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on underwear (briefs, g-strings, men’s boxers etc) due to health and hygiene reasons. Please do not send back any underwear as we will be unable to process your return and they will be discarded.
Incorrect/Imperfect items:
If you receive an incorrect item or something you believe is in less than perfect condition please contact us by email hello@bodypeacebamboo.com and attach any relevant photos. We can provide you with a free returns address, if you do not reach out to us ahead of returning your parcel, we will be unable to refund your shipping fee.
