I really wanted to love these because I value low tox, bamboo clothing, but the sizing on the men’s boxers is honestly shocking.
I ordered my husband his usual size, Medium, and what arrived looked closer to an XL than a standard Australian Medium. I even compared them side by side with another brand’s Medium, and they were significantly larger.
After contacting customer service, I was told the boxers are intentionally oversized and that customers are expected to size down. My feedback is simple: if every customer needs to size down, the sizing labels should be changed. A Medium should fit like a Medium. This isn’t an oversized fashion item, it’s a basic pair of men’s underwear.
The result is unnecessary returns, extra postage costs, and uncertainty about what size to order instead. I genuinely don’t know whether to exchange them for a Small or even an Extra Small because I no longer have confidence in the sizing.
Customer service was polite and agreed to a one off exchange, which I appreciate. However, I still have to pay to return them, despite the issue stemming from the sizing. I hope the company reviews this internally because the fabric feels lovely, but the sizing makes ordering far more difficult than it should be.
