As my go-to skirt, I’ve been living in one of your swishy skirts for years, maybe even 10 years??? My previous model finally died and I needed to replace it…it’s still a great skirt, but the fabric is significantly lighter.
I’ve noticed this with Body Peace across the board. Why did you decide to decrease the weight/quality of your fabric? The original Body Peace fabric was EXACTLY why I loved your products. And knowing that they last years and years with care…now it feels like you’ve joined the disposable fashion club with such flimsy materials.
I still love this skirt but I’d be surprised if it lasted more than a few years.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review, and thank you for being a loyal customer for all these years. The fabric has changed slightly, not in the % breakdown (92% Bamboo + 8% Elastane) but in the weave. We have worked with our manufacturers to ensure we offered a consistently high quality fabric. The fabric we found if woven tighter ends up smoother, and is not nearly as prone to pilling. The pilling had become an issue so we needed to ensure this was prevented for a protect that wears well, whilst looking and feeling great. To ensure consistency with weights all skirts and pants now 280gm and all underwear and summer tops being 260gm. Once washed the fabric feels and looks soft and luxurious.
I can assure you, we are certainly not joining the 'disposable fashion club, instead we are working towards higher quality, sustainability and styles to love for many many years to come. Thank You :)
